It was developed by Seto Engineering Co., Ltd., which has an overwhelming share of and experience in the machines for wet process for TAB.We sell and supply the machine in combination with our chemicals. Features 1. It can be used for copper plating after sputtering and plating of blind via holes and through holes. 2. Applicable to the films more than 300 mm in width and 25 μm in thickness. 3. It consists of units of processes, i.e., rolling out, winding, pre-treatment, plating, post-treatment, and drying.
