「Sn-Ni alloy plating substituting for chrome plating」

The tin-nickel alloy plating "EBALOY SNI" is the decorative bright tin-nickel alloy plating process with the unique reddish colored film. By applying it on the bright nickel or satin nickel film, a unique warm appearance can be obtained. Also, it has been used as a substitute process for chrome plating by utilizing its excellent mechanical properties.


Features
1.  Excellent in bath stability. Therefore, the color of plated film is consistent.
2.  Barrel plating is possible because of the excellent covering power.
3.  Topcoat is not needed because of the excellent wear resistance and discoloration resistance.
4.  Mechanical properties are better than those of the tin-cobalt alloy plating.
