By the WEEE, RoHS, ELV Directive and the green procurement guideline, etc., regulating such poisonous metal has been recently accelerated. Complying with these regulations, ‘ECOLTY CORE" is the new electroless nickel plating process that uses no ‘lead". Features 1.　 Poisonous metal "lead" is not used. "Bismuth", about which we have received many inquiries from those concerned, is not used either. 2.　 Less deposition on the tank because of good bath stability. Excellent operation. 3.　 Less lowering in corrosion resistance even after many turnovers. Good discoloration resistance and appearance. 4.　 Less change in the mechanical properties (especially internal stress) of the film even after many turnovers. Films stable in quality can be obtained.
