Plastic materials, including ABS and PC/ABS, are widely used for saving energy and reducing weight. For Plating on Plastics, we provide the total system of machine in combination with chemicals. We also propose the recycling processes that separate plastic from metal and introduce related equipment. We are aiming at providing products with the theme of "environmentally friendly". We are developing such environmentally-conscious products, including chemicals for general plating, electronic parts, and platingmachines. More importantly, we have products that use no environmentally harmful products, including hexavalent chromium and endocrine-disrupting chemicals. We have responded to the advances in electronics, in the form of via filling processes for build-up technology that are necessary for making high density printed-wiring boards and semiconductor packages, and processes that improve insulation reliability of fine interconnections. We have a wide range of systems and products, from galvanizing, which protects steel materials from rust, to surface treatment chemicals for semiconductor manufacture.
